About Us.

I figure I will start this thing off with a little "About us" entry. So here goes.

I'm a mother of one crazy, high-energy child named Shane. I work at a hospital as a certified nurses aid. I'm currently working on a course in medical transcription so that I can hopefully, at some point, work from home to be able to spend more time with Shane while making more money. I don't particularly like my current job, but I do love the people I work with. I'm engaged to a man named Ron, and I'm not sure when we're getting married, but that's okay with me. Life is crazy as it is. I'm learning to love life and appreciate what I have, which hasn't been the easiest journey, but I'm getting there.

My son, Shane, is 3 years old. He'll be 4 in January. He's currently in pre-pre-school (yes, 2 pre's!) and he loves it. He has a very large vocabulary for his age and he's a little smartie pants sometimes, and sometimes it gets him in trouble. He looooves being outdoors, and has too much energy to be couped up.  He's the love of my life, and if it weren't for him, I don't know where I would be today.
